Hello Brush Guys and Gals of all ages!
We are so excited to announce the launch of our new website at www.thebrushguys.com. We think we’ve delivered a big improvement from the old site — now you’ll have a smooth, secure shopping experience, all while enjoying the same low prices and great customer service you’ve come to expect from us.
Here’s a short run-down of what’s new and improved:
- Now you can create a user account that saves all your shipping, billing, and order data so you don’t have to re-enter it every time!
- As a bonus, this means you can track the status of your orders so you always know when they’re being processed or when they’ve been shipped. (You’ll get emails for this too!)
- You can now get automatic notifications when brushes go back in stock! No more emailing us asking for updates — you can get an email exactly when those brushes get restocked so you can order them right away! Just visit the page of any brush that you want, and you’ll see the form where you can subscribe to email updates.
- We’ve expanded and revamped our Brush Info & Care page to include more relevant information and care tips than ever before.
- We’ve improved the organization of products: now you’ll find them in more relevant categories and searches than in the past.
- We’ve made it easier to contact us with questions or issues when you need help: you can use our customer service form whenever you have an issue or question with an order, and you can always email or call us if you’d prefer.
- We’ve added a premium shipping option (Priority Shipping) for domestic orders for only $4 extra. Using USPS Priority mail means your delivery will arrive 1-3 business days from when it ships. Look out for other shipping options in the future!
- The site works great on phones and tablets, too! So now when you’re on the go and you can’t resist checking out the newest brush specials, we’ve got you covered.
- Last, but not least, we’ve streamlined our fulfillment process so we can ship your order faster, more consistently.

We’ve changed our logo!
Let’s take a quick look at the before/after on our logo! The old design served us well for many years, but we felt the new site deserved a new logo. Here’s the logo update:

Of course, the first difference you’ll notice is in the look and feel of the new site. We think it’s much easier on the eyes. Don’t worry — despite the new coat of paint, we’re still committed to offering the same great prices and great service.

You can keep an eye out for more weekly specials on our email newsletter; tips, tricks, news, and more over on our news page; increased social media presence on all of our social channels (including featuring customer art on our Instagram page); and of course, plenty of new brushes and returning favorites in our shop, at the same low prices we’ve always offered.
